BIG IDEA: CRED Coin Express—The Rewards Train
Along with the big idea, we will use moment marketing along with topical marketing. Our campaign will run from Feb to April hence we will have many opportunities to tie in Valentine's Week along with other events and occasions like, April Fools, and the beginning of the financial year.
We will add additional rewards or benefits for the leap year day on Feb 29th, We will also talk about Earth Day which is celebrated on the 22nd of April. we will make push notifications along with social media posts to push these moment marketing and topical creatives out to the public.

- Create and launch a countdown campaign for the release of the CRED Coins. Create a sense of anticipation by revealing small hints and behind-the-scenes glimpses of the upcoming CRED Coins on social media.
- Introduce a “VIP Ticket” where customers can collect digital stamps on the digital ticket with payments using CRED over these three months. Those who complete the ticket will get CRED gift cards or exclusive merchandise from CRED.
- Introduce a Love Ticket for couples, where if they use the app every day on Valentine's week, they get rewarded an exclusive CRED Valentine merchandise.
- Create a social media campaign about the beginning of the financial year for April month. Clients can use the CRED app to keep track of their financials, and also push out some reading materials on how to do taxes yourself, how to save taxes, what to write off, and how to write off, etc.
- Create a small social media campaign about Earth Day which is on 22nd April, customer can use their coins to donate to a greener and better earth. They will be rewarded with a digital badge.
- Partner with finance micro-influencers and talk about CRED coins and their offerings. Their micro-influencers can create reels about cred coins, how to earn them where to spend them etc.
- Launch another small social media campaign to play on the March exam nostalgia, where people can share their experience during the March exam period with us on social media.
- Provide double or exclusive rewards for the leap year day which is the 29th of Feb. Inform the client about it via social media and push notifications.
